City of Rome, NY

The City of Rome, NY utilized Allieway’s skills to assist them in the revitalization efforts of their downtown corridor. Allie way worked closely with the City and key stakeholders to create messaging, marketing materials, and a strategic plan to support their goal of bringing new residents and businesses to Rome. Essential to this process was the development of sell sheets for key development areas as well as a detailed marketing plan that gave the City the tools and timeline needed for supporting their revitalization efforts.

This was BOA (Brownfield Opportunity Area) project and all marketing items aid in the revitalization and redevelopment of the area.
